@ 943 The true followers of previous prophets weep in humility when they hear the recitation of the Koran because they know it is the truth from Allah 17:105-111
17:105 We have sent it down with the truth, and with the truth it has come down. We have not sent you except a bearer of glad tidings and a warner,
# وَبِالْحَقِّ أَنزَلْنَاهُ وَبِالْحَقِّ نَزَلَ وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلاَّ مُبَشِّراً وَنَذِيراً 105
17:106 and We have divided the Koran for you to recite at intervals to mankind and We have sent it down successively.
# وَقُرْآناً فَرَقْنَاهُ لِتَقْرَأَهُ عَلَى النَّاسِ عَلَى مُكْثٍ وَنَزَّلْنَاهُ تَنزِيلاً 106
17:107 Say, 'Believe in it, or do not believe. When it is recited to those to whom knowledge was given before they fall prostrate upon their faces
# قُلْ آمِنُوا بِهِ أَوْ لاَ تُؤْمِنُوا إِنَّ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا العِلْمَ مِن قَبْلِهِ إِذَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْهِمْ يَخِرُّونَ لِلأَذْقَانِ سُجَّداً 107
17:108 and say, "Exaltations be to our Lord! The promise of our Lord is done."'
# وَيَقُولُونَ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّنَا إِن كَانَ وَعْدُ رَبِّنَا لَمَفْعُولاً 108
17:109 They fall down upon their chin, weeping and it increases them in humility.
# وَيَخِرُّونَ لِلأَذْقَانِ يَبْكُونَ وَيَزِيدُهُمْ خُشُوعاً 109
17:110 Say, 'Call upon Allah, or call upon the Merciful; whichever (Name) you call upon, to Him belong the Most Beautiful Names.' Pray neither loudly nor to quietly, rather, seek a middle course between them.
# قُلِ ادْعُوا اللَّهَ أَوِ ادْعُوا الرَّحْمَنَ أَياًّ مَّا تَدْعُوا فَلَهُ الأَسْمَاءُ الحُسْنَى وَلاَ تَجْهَرْ بِصَلاتِكَ وَلاَ تُخَافِتْ بِهَا وَابْتَغِ بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ سَبِيلاً 110
